Achivments

UX product design & CRO

Collaborating closely with stakeholders and our cross-functional teams, I led an end-to-end redesign of the Dune London website, transforming an out-of-the-box solution into a user-centric digital experience. By combining a mobile-first approach with usability, accessibility, and CRO best practices, we achieved a 33% increase in conversions and a 35% reduction in cart abandonment.

Accessbility

Achieved WCAG 2.1 AA compliance for Dune London, Unilever, and Computacenter websites and applications. Being an advoctor for the accessbitly, through audit and providing technical impelementaion I combined accessibility audits with usability testing to improve experience quality, reducing legal risk and expanding reach..

Design system

Designed, developed and delivered over 50 reusable UI components (HTML/CSS/JS), cutting front-end development time by 25% and establishing consistent design patterns adopted across global teams.

Dune London has also won been recognised for its exceptional omnichannel transformation, winning Best Online Operation of the Year at Drapers Footwear Awards 2025. A part of the digital enhancement we redesigned the Click & Collect journey, driving a 52% reduction in cancelled units and lowering the overall cancellation rate from 2.5% to 1%, significantly boosting customer satisfaction.
